When one of them accuses you of being a dick, accept it, admit it and ask them to forgive you. Then make a concentrated effort not to be.
The next time it happens, do the same. Tell them that you don't intend to behave that way and then man up and back up your words with actions.
Take their grief and admit to being it's cause. Don't react negatively, instead assume that everything they say is true and try to fix it.
Eventually, they will understand that you are not a dick. Oh, and most importantly, DO NOT have fun at other people's expense, regardless of who they are. That will just prove that you're a dick.
Last but not least, if you want to speed up the process go apologize to every girl you made fun of last year. Admit that you were an ass and don't try to defend your behavior in any way. Remove every shred of dignity you have and above all, make sure that you do it privately.

Years later, nah, it was the last year of school so most of it was like 6 months ago or something. as I have said none of the stuff I said was really in my opinion that bad ( of course the people must of felt differently ) and it doesnt excuse me being a dick as I have said.

Pretty much everything fearless said is good advice. I used to be the schoolyard bully in elementary school (I was a tiny little asian kid but when u start throwing rocks and get suspended NO ONE fucks with you lol). Girls of all sorts used to despise me, but I think after being scolded and suspended enough times I ended up being the bookworm nerd who did little talking. Eventually people looked past what I used to do as a kid.
Going into middle school and high school I still had a few grudges (cause girls will be girls) against me but if you talk to them differently then even those hard feelings will go away.
Although it has only been 6 months, if you take the time to man up to their rightful bitching and calmly tell 'em your sorry then things should lighten. BTW you get more bonus points the less dramatic you do it- I've seen guys with no balls bow their goddamn heads and whimper out their apologies, don't do that.

I can't go a week without being called a dick, an asshole, or some other random word with similar connotations at least twice. And I love it. It means that other people don't have power to control me through petty guilt about the fact that I'm honest and direct, and just happen to hate about 70% of people I meet.
