It's a TL Meme. IIRC, a guy needed to travel interstate to go to an event and one guy said "u gotta skate"
Anyway, back on topic...
Just take a break from all these shit, nothing good will ever come out of staying in sadness and making decisions while in it. Don't take too long in getting yourself back up.

Oh come on dude, you shouldn't worry about it at all. As many of us already said, you're only 14, you really don't have to suffer from this crap, you don't even know her personally, so what's the point of getting upset?
You will eventually forget her, it may take a week, it may take two, but I can assure you that it won't be much.

I mean to be fair when I was in middle school I had some sweet week long "relationships" that involved me texting a girlfor a week, saying we were dating, but we never talked face to face before breaking up. That happened.

I would, who wouldn't? The difference is that there is a time and place for everything. If I'm not wrong, it's probably the year-end examinations in Singapore in like a week or so.
Right now you're in a period of life where academics is your top priority. I know I'm most likely sounding like your parents, but it's the truth.
I've read your previous blog and I can gather that you do not feel confident of yourself. You feel that you are not attractive enough. Now, ask yourself. Do you want a girl that only goes after you solely because you are 'attractive'? There are many other factors that girls(or at least smart girls) consider when looking for a guy. Being attractive does not wholly mean having good looks. I've met some girls that are attracted to certain attitudes and personalities, it just differs from person. There is no point getting a girl that is merely attracted to you based on looks. What if you've met with an accident and have your face distorted?
The girl you mentioned sounds pretty smart, I highly doubt that she falls in the category of "attractive = handsome". She might be looking for other qualities, you'd never know.

I would try to make things work, if I knew her. you might want atleast to get to know her first. It can be tough, but don't think that everything's gonna happen magicly (spelling?).
But hey, as I told you before, just don't worry, enjoy life, relax and concentrate on things that in the long run will make you a better person. There's no need to get all depressed.

Not to try and diminish your blog, but I don't think it's heartbreak for you if you don't even talk to the girl. Also, you're only in (what Americans call) Middleschool. Plenty of time to worry about girls later on.
I read through, and you have some big test coming up? If that's the case, then I recommend getting your priorities straight and study what you can for it before worrying about this girl. The test will come and go, but she'll be around for much longer.

You need to get some perspective, man. You have no fucking clue what heartbreak is if that's what you're calling this blog. If you've never met the girl personally, it's not heartbreak. When I was 15, my girlfriend of a year ended it with me (after we were spending 5+ hours a day together) and started dating my best friend about a month after.
That was what I think of as a not-too-bad version of heartbreak, as it was the most intense love I've had for someone before or since. It took me about a year to fully recover from the depression because of it. Man up and talk to her before you go declaring your love lost (you saw her HUGGING someone, for god's sake. For all you know, she's writing a blog about how she wishes you would talk to her right now. But you'd never know because you've never even introduced yourself!)
