My new SteelSeries Headset

So I just ordered a steelseries Siberia v2 headset 2 days ago from their website with the 30% off promotion deal. I have currently received no tracking number whatsoever and I'm getting kind of worried. I'm using a crappy IHome headset right now and it hurts my ears badly. Hopefully the headset will be at my house this week or maybe not since its labor day... Anyone have any experience with buying from steelseries?

P.S. The shipping for the headset cost 4.80 and it says "Best Way"... I 'll be lucky if I get it by October with that kind of shipping...

I've never ordered from Steelseries directly but I have sent a product back via RMA and after it was sent back to me arrived fairly quickly..probably within 5 days or so.

Can't say I'd really be worried ordering from a company like Steelseries, plus with the promotion going on you have to remember they may be receiving an influx of orders so it may take a bit longer. Either way if you don't receive it after a week it may not hurt to email them and see if you can get a status update on the order

Would you happen to know why the shipping is so cheap? would it be because they are located near me or what? I'm from CA

I had $4.80 shipping on a mousepad...still also haven't received a tracking number but whatever...

They're probably totally loaded with orders right now. Due to this 30/50% deal off EVERYTHING on the store thing, just relax

I've ordered from steelseries before and it only took a week, its a busy time just give them a few weeks and you'll be fine.

Since you ordered on the weekend, it will probably be a couple of days before the order actually gets processed and shipped. Though I've never ordered from SteelSeries specifically, alot of online stores say to allow however many "business days" for your order to be processed.
