So this week is finally a slow week at work for me, and I am only working 40 hours or so this week! WOOT! Had today off, so I stayed up late, slept in, etc.
I am trying to transfer my phone line off a family plan to an individual plan with AT&T. However, for some reason I get an error message when I try to do this online, so I call the customer service. Maybe I just get unlucky, but every time I call them I have the most terrible experience. People who act like it's their first day on the job, long waits, sorry we can't help you for x stupid reason, etc. This was actually the third time I've called in the past few days to get help. I call, I get transferred around a bit, and finally am told there is a discrepancy with my credit report. Ok??? Only thing I can think of is that I have moved so many times and my drivers license is from a different state than the one I live in... otherwise everything seems pretty normal.
I get the number for the credit bureau, and call them. There is a very long hold. First time my phone hangs up on me randomly cause it hates me. Second time someone picks up but doesn't actually know they answered a call, so I give up saying "hello?" after a few tries and call back. Third time a woman answers the phone and tells me their system is getting an update and to call back tomorrow or late this evening when someone can help me. WTF? What company updates their system in the middle of the afternoon?! Why not overnight when the least amount of people will need it?!
I am exasperated with the phone bullshit and considering abandoning all modern forms of communication for smoke signals.
Anyway-- the good part of my day:
My best friend tells me it will work out to go to NYC to visit him for a break before school starts. WEWT!
I made a cheezeburger for lunch:

Bad part of the day interjection:
I had to get batteries for my button, so I went to Radio Shack. When I got outside there are sprinkles coming down about 3 a minute. No big deal, doesn't look like it will start pouring by the time I get back. No. >.> As soon as I'm half-way there, thunder, lightening, wind, rain... I got pretty wet.
Back to the good part of the day:
I offered up a prayer to Tasteless for more ladder points and a promotion to plat after yesterday's bad games:

Thats because you dont flirt with alpha-females. Save that for "normal" females. What you do is pick a day and TELL her what she is going to do on that day.
