I went to max jerks today and kept failing at 115. I smoked 110 and then I couldnt even get 115. Not sure how 115 felt so heavy, but I'll get it next time. 80kg back squat and 70kg front squat Unfortunately my snatch and C+J havn't gotten any better - i struggled to do 50 CJ and then failed at 55 multiple times | ||

@xiron, I weigh 65kg. My weight class is the 62kg . 9/17/11 66.5 :O that binge last night bumped me up lol 6 hrs sleep...cant sleep much after drinking. lifting snatch: 40/3 40/3 50/3 60/3 70/2 75/1 80/1 85/1 90/1 clean and jerk:50/2 50/2 60/2 70/2 80/2 90/2 95/1 100/1 105/1 back squat: 90/2 110/2 130/2 140/2 barbell rows: 40/5 50/5 50/5 50/5 overhead press: 20/10 25/10 25/10 25/10 barbell curls: 15/10 15/10 15/10 weighted situps (weight overhead) (lbs): 35/10 35/10 35/5-7? weighted back extensions: 35/10 35/10 35/10 diet lunch Restaurant in chinatown ribs, veggies, white rice and tea snack peanut butter and banana dinner squid, veggies, white rice fish oil snack pizza, cashews End to a heavy week! I made some solid progress on my lifts. Snatches are very consistent at 90. There is some backward movement in my snatches and cleans but I will iron that out soon. On a good note, I am also doing a better job of bringing the bar into my hips, instead of bringing my hips to the bar. The jerks been a lot more solid so I cant complain. Slow and steady progress....I will be ready for the american open. On a injury standpoint, my elbow has been a bit sore lately. Ended up doing some light presses and bicep curls to cure it. Feels good right now. Diet has been shit, no excuses there. Need to clean it up next week.
