I blame the altitude change and the fact that there are hills that I have to walk up and down everywhere here in Utah, compared to the flatlands of Florida. When you have to walk everywhere, the slope of the terrain really makes a difference. Also, it helps that I am dating a girl who likes to play soccer with me--keeps me motivated :D

I went from 145 to 160 after my 2nd year. So far this summer I've worked out/ran a lot and got down to 143 or so. My goal is to not get over 150 after the school year =p.

YPang how fast do run, like were you running competitively in college or just on your own? lol it was sorta competitive, we compete in NAIA. I run like 5-6times a week, and lifted 3-4times a week back in 1st semester. Still gained fat... go figure :\

Cut the soda/cookies, drink hard liquor instead of beer, cook your own food, and read up on nutrition (start here). How much do you weigh now?

Last year (second year) I weighed 187 at my peak and I said this is enough and joined a jogging class / started watching what I ate. I went back down to 172 and stopped running, and now I feel like I'm back to 178 So pretty much I have gained close to 15 lbs, but I plan on changing that at the start of the school year. I'll be hitting the gym after classes and picking up my daily runs again. It's crazy how much weight you can lose when you're dedicated.

I lived in a suite with a kitchen (on campus) with a minimum meal plan during my freshman year, so I cooked a lot. I think I was pretty much always 165 throughout college, maybe 170 during my senior year, but that's because I was getting more serious with working out. During grad school, I lifted a lot more seriously, and I hit 178 from bulking, then cut back to 165 in three months for spring break. I'm 167 now. Waist went from 32 to 30.

I went into college at 200 and was at 150 before I bulked up a little to 170, I'm 5'9". I've lived on my own though so I've kept a strict budget/I manage a grocery store so I've kept my wits about me when it comes to bad foods. But of course I used to get the munchies like every night post-weed or whatever so maybe I'm just lucky.

Ate anything I wanted to in college (2 Chipotle burritos per sitting being roughly the norm) and lost 5 lbs because I stayed active in a dance group. Worked 50-60 hrs a week at a software company for 8 months and gained 20 lbs sitting at a desk during the day and drinking my sorrows away at night. Quit job, back in school now (except dieting this time) and have lost 18 lbs in 3 months.
