I'm now where I was at the end of high school, though unfortunately most of it isn't muscle mass anymore, so I've tried to start biking ~17miles 3-4 times a week to counteract my sedentary lifestyle, maybe it's working? Too early to tell yet.

If you're playing a sport in college chances are you probably don't eat the shitty food like most other college students do (or at least not as much) because you've got to maintain your body for your sport. It goes downhill from there... | ||

40 mins of biking weekdays, 30 minutes or less each day weekends this summer. My legs kill (the pain). But they look fine. If I had the choice though, I'd go with swimming. | ||

Then i stuck around 120 kilo's for a few years. Then i ran off 35 kilo's wich given my length is a healthy spot to be at. Now whenever i put on my clothes it feels like i am wearing pyjama's, so a win all around. | ||
