Macro: In pursuit of this goal I've come up with a list with the help of the fine folks here at TL. This list is designed to give me clear goals, by which to improve my game.
1) Focus on Mechanics (injects, spending my money and not getting supply blocked)
2) Use the same general build for all games (Ling/Infestor into Broodlords)
3) Pick a time at which to switch from defending to being aggressive (i.e. at 15 min, I stop focusing on expanding and attack!)
So far I haven't lost a game while following this set of rules (though I know one is coming) but that probably has more to do with the fact that I'm in Bronze than anything else .
I have been finding that my money gets very high after ~10min which leads me to believe I am over-droning. Though it has been helping me over-run with Zerglings after I throw a couple max armies at them. My Mechanics are still horrific, but I'm slowly getting better at injects and supply. Still having problems with my money though.
The build I'm using seems to win by attrition rather then because of skill on my part. The biggest issue right now is that I don't keep my Infestors in their own group, something that will change tonight. I've been switching to Muta against Terran and Roach against Protoss, but otherwise its just as many Lings and Infestors as I can pump until I get Broods.
So far the "Defend till X time then Attack!" has been working out well. I've generally been shooting for 9 min against Terran players and 15 min against Protoss and Zerg. I think today I'll try some different times.
Casting: I've been having a bit more trouble getting this going, but I did get three games in yesterday and am hoping to do at least 5 more today. I put one of them up on Youtube so I could listen to myself and figure out what I need to fix.

After giving it a listen it is obvious that the first thing I have to work on is my pace. I'm naturally a relaxed guy and it shows. So, the next five games I cast I am going to work on speaking at a quicker and more consistent pace. There are a ton of other things I could work on but I figure I'll do one thing at a time.
If you wouldn't mind giving it a listen (its short), what are some other things I can fix?
