Try e-bay and craigslist. That would be the first two places I would look if I was too lazy to ask around.

well, you could start by identifying what specifically is broke. ask friends or family if they know any reputable shops you can goto to get it looked at.
also, make sure to check the fuse box first!

I'm wondering if you actually had it diagnosed and know exactly what it is that is inoperative, or if your explanation of "broke" just means it doesn't work. Vast majority of inoperative A/C cases, poor or no cooling is due to an undercharge of refrigerant. Meaning you have a leak somewhere in the system. Depending on how big/small the leak is, you may be able to just take it to the shop and they will evacuate any moisture in the system and recharge it every summer.
The better idea would be to replace the part that is leaking and have the system evacuated/recharged, but if you don't plan on having the car long or you'd rather opt for paying for a recharge every summer then go for it.
Either way, this is just an educated guess. You'll just have to stop being lazy and get it diagnosed by a shop. For all I know, it might not even be pressure related.
EDIT: Not sure if I was clear, but the point I was trying to make was you might not even require replacing a part. Evacuating and recharging a system works on every manufacturer, all A/C systems work the same way in that they need to have the correct amount of refrigerant to work. Any shop that does A/C repair will be able to fix this.

it is broken. I've refilled the refrigerant with my dad and when the AC is on you can hear it hissing and leaking. the evaporator has a leak specifically

Here. The first one is 115 bucks, free shipping for the evaporator.

Also they're on Ebay for like 76 bucks, stop being so lazy and search for it yourself.

Hmm that is weird, are you sure about that? The refrigerant in the evaporator is at less pressure when it is running then when it is off. It would be more noticeable when off. Typically when the A/C is not running, the pressures will closely resemble ambient temperature, IE if its 80 degrees F, will be around 76psi. When the system is running, the evaporator pressure dips down to 30psi.
Although the evaporator is usually a considerable distance from the high pressure side of the system so I'm willing to believe it was easy to pinpoint where the hissing was heard from. Assuming you are right, I think that $115 with shipping and handling is a good deal.

Actually, upon further talking with my dad he mis-spoke (english not the first language lol) and he said it was the compressor since he changed the evaporator and condenser (from parts car we have in the garage) and that those were good and he meant the compressor itself was bad :/
EDIT: also Im stupid and tried parts stores online but not ebay and a bunch of the more known stores I can visit or that operate in Canada didnt have it >.< I can be quite dense at times Ill keep searching lol Thanks for the help TL
ANOTHER EDIT!:
Ok I have found the following site here :
http://www.discountacparts.com/Daewoo-Leganza-AC_Kit-60~81196_RK.html
They have a high reseller ratings rating (9/10) and they have a one year warranty and cover all shipping expenses in the US since I live in Canada I hope shipping isnt too expensive. Anybody ever deal with reseller ratings or this site? Can I trust the high rating at all or is it just hodge posh?
