It's probably inflated due to the fact there are very few C level players on at any one time making it so I had to play quite a few C- players as well. But I don't care. My rank finally got the yellow plus and I'm excited! Do you know how hard it is just to obtain D+? its actually an insane, unreasonable amount of work and dedication to ask of someone. Yet people get to that ridiculous skill level all the time. Sometimes I go to music juries at my college and I see a singer talk lightly of their skills as a singer, then blow my mind with the talent he or she has. It happens all the time but I think "I have no idea how much work this person put into this really cool thing. It probably took years to get to this level. I can't even imagine." and for the rest of the day I feel really happy knowing that there are people that push themselves in arguably pointless things. a person that does not push him/her-self in some kind of discipline I feel could never understand doing a really hard thing and getting feedback that you succeeded. I try to see skill in a lot of things and have much respect for someone who commits to that discipline. so lots of respect to you | ||

I think I'm going to start playing BW again. My friend told me that the competition on ICCUP is in fact a little bit easier due to some new players and departure of veterans, so maybe I'm going to hit C+ as well | ||

I mean I got C+ strictly because C level protoss can't deal with Strong FD into 5 fact....like at all. I've also noticed it seems harder getting games against D+ level people to some degree... and compared to previous seasons, I don't think the competition is where it used to be. It probably changes after you reach a certain point, but I think that holds until ~C-. | ||
