If those college kids cant quit then they are not trying. Honestly. My wife quit after 3/4 solid years of smoking and I quit after 5/6. Unless they started at like 13 and are smoking a carton minimum a week they just don't really want to quit. Also, I love how any thread that mildly involves smoking devolves into the moral "STOP SMOKING!!!!!111one" thread. Who nowadays doesn't know of the dangers of smoking? | ||

This. You literally gotta smoke pretty regularly for like 3 years to be addicted. Actually it takes between 4 and 10 cigarettes for someone who socially smokes to begin getting addicted. That's how most people start smoking too (socially). As to the people talking about whether smoking is cool/not cool... Really? How old are you? It's just an activity which people do. There's nothing cool OR uncool about it. I can't understand the reasoning behind it being either of those, if there is any. | ||

Yeah I appreciate that people have concern for me, a complete stranger, but its not like a blog comment is going to tell me anything I haven't heard a thousand times, or change my behavior. Its not like I plan on smoking regularly from now on, everyone chillax and try to enjoy the blog. | ||
