I could imagine a lot of meetings, phone calls, reading stuff, but that is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

@Impervious trying ^^ getting there, at 116.7 kg today (from 121.2 3 days ago) @ZeaL. Thank you,for sharing that, it really did give me inspiration @smuft *kiss* @Regression: depends, when I was a corporate executive: lots of reporting, budget meetings, and signing stuff and yelling at people. New firm, spend a couple of days trying to figure out wtf needs to be done properly, then working non-stop in trying to implement it for a couple weeks straight, then repeat, then review, and keep at it. I find if I slow down a bit and stop to think about the entire situation, I may just gg, so I don't think about it, just focus on the goal and keep my expectations realistic.

For all of you guys out there aspiring to own your own business and have your money make money for you. My advice is simply, "it's better to say I tried and failed than I didn't try at all". Business is not simple but all you have to do is either come up with a new idea or make an existing idea better. To get un-fat: Cardio is the most important thing for any person. It will help you with a healthy heart and shave off your fat. I recommend the Elliptical machine, it's the least boring and burns a few more calories than the standard treadmill. The elliptical is sort of like a stair master but it won't have an impact on your knees that running gives you in the long term. You can also setup a tv or bring your laptop and stream something while you do your workout to make it less boring. You want to aim to maintain 100 strides per minute, if you can do over 110, you are not putting enough resistance. If you aren't sweating then you are not putting enough resistance. You want to gradually make your way to 30 mins, start with a 5 min warm up at a light resistance then go into your normal resistance. If you can get yourself to do this everyday for 30 min, you'll be in great shape in no time.

I hate it that the correlation between intentions and real actions is only something like 0.3. Maybe I can overcome that shit, too, sometime... Mind > Body COME ON

@Zona, & Ghardo: don't think, just get out a sheet of paper, write out the top 6 tasks, and just do it one by one. @Kusuki: nice write up, good to see you're slogging it through and coming out on top, and I agree with you--- I give up on being fit, I use to be an international level (or almost) rugby player, I just don't want to be so fat that I feel like a slob when I'm working, but my health has improved heaps because I'm not drinking a bottle of whiskey every two days ^^

I will not stop until these are done, no matter how sick, how much I want to say I don't need to go so full out, I will get what I want or die trying, I know, reality check, if I don't go this hardcore, I simply won't make it. That's the reality of the position I have put my family in at the cost of my ego. If I'm going to be a selfish egotistical fuck, then I'd better be a successful selfish egotistical fucker. You are my hero, I love you.
