For just getting to C- I'll probably beat the weak D+ players, and lose vs actual C- or better people + smurfs. Congrats on reaching D+!! I never got higher than D myself, as it seems like every time I would try to play a game I would get stomped by 300+ APM freaks of nature. At least I can brag about getting absolutely demolished by ForGG and Pure before their smurfs reached the unobtainable A+ (I used to love those who's who threads back in the day). Dude, thats so awesome, and yeah those threads were super fun. I'm almost considering getting into the hotkey analysis stuff to continue those threads because they were so cool.
