I do my pushups, situps and jogging. I do my stretches, I sit in good posture. But these god damn hands always get cold when I play! I'm not shaking or nervous either.

It's like all the blood rushes away from my hands in the middle of the game. Stupid thing is, after the game is over, they get warm again.

I have bad blood circulation. My hands and feet are always very cold. Between every game, I fill a big bowl with hot water and keep my hands in it for a few minutes and I'm ok.

you can buy heat warming packets to rub on ur hands. it's for sports but you know starcraft counts too.

hm, this isnt related to my stoned hands isnt it? my hands usually starts to get really "stoned" or have to really force my hands to move during games....eh it might just be my nervous thing

Happens all the time when I play FPS games, though my feet are warm... my hands are ice cold.

edit: Its only FPS games, maybe it has to do with all the tension and whatnot.

Dude I have something similar as you but they're my knees -_-... fuck man they're cold right now but my feet / hands are always warm or hot. I hear all the time that people's hands and feet get cold but nope nuh uh not with me, it's my fucking knees -_-~~
