This guy kinda has it right. But this shit just stopped working for me after 4 years and she just bailed out now saying she needs space. Which doesn't even make sense at all because I gave her nothing but space and freedom and even allowed her to hook up with other chicks.

1. Its not as if he didn't give her his attention. He immediately shut down what I assume to be starcraft, taking a loss, and then going over to do what his GF wanted. You make assumptions based on some imaginary rules that don't apply to real life situations. You cant always reason your gf no matter how right you are, she will be unhappy and will make you unhappy. If you like being constantly unhappy and mad - sure, keep sassing. But once you break up with one or two you will start noticing that they are all alike in this regard and if you want to stay with someone you like you should start caring. at no point did I advise for him to reason with his girl. In fact my advice is based upon playing with her emotions. what eu.exodus tried is reasoning with her, which never works. And despite his logic trying its hardest to come up with a way to supplicate his girlfriend, she remained unhappy.
You are right about the "if he had finished his game...they aren't breaking up over it". he should realize this. In fact, if he had half jokingly said "ok if I win this game, you give me a blowjob and if I lose, I'll eat you out" he would have a much better result than the one he ended up with.

You break up because you aren't happy in a relationship. If the benefits of the relationship out weighs the shit you have to put up with then you stay in it. If it doesn't then you leave. Its pretty simple.
I think its kind of sad that you feel that this sort of behavior from the female side is to be not only expected but should be accepted in a relationship. I assure you this is not the case and there are lots of great girls who won't pull this kind of shit assuming the guy is actually being a man in the relationship.
