if someone watches your play and fair-mindedly comes up with the notion that you're awful... they aren't gonna tell you about it in that way. at worst they'd give you tips to help you improve. if someone just all-out calls you bad - never having seen either a replay or your face, they're not being 100% honest or fair with their evaluation or their tongue so treat it like the joke it is. they're talking to a computer screen acting as a mirror. if they're doing it in midgame they're trying to get in your head. if they're doing it postgame they're trying to get out of theirs. | ||

Finally the game finishes, i gg and leave. The guy then sends me a message basically saying "You are such a noob, you are horrible". By this point the guy is just pissing me off and i happen to be looking at his profile so i reply "Hmm... I have 53 games played, am rank 70 plat and am playing against a 2400 diamond. Your MMR must be really bad." After that, I got nothing more. This is generally how I deal with the idiots who feel that beating me didn't make them feel manly enough (yes its ALWAYS men, I am a man.... I know women would be more creative than just saying "noob") and now they want to penis fence from behind the safety of 4000 miles of ocean and a computer screen. I don't need to be an ass to my opponents to feel like a man. | ||

I can see how losing and receiving bm would be more aggravating as it's insult to injury. Offensive gg's still do rile me as I never prolong the game if I can't win. My brother just played a 2v2 match and received a f*** you faggot after his and his partner's gl hf... so my brother and his partner straight up worker rushed them and won! So funny, particularly as my brother never cheeses. | ||

Considering bm is under control of whoever is dishing it out. Furthermore, I don't know how a person can upset a player with gl hf. I mean I guess in rl, there are some people that respond to 'good morning' with 'f*** you,' but generally we'd think the f-u guy was either having a bad day or is a jerk. Random chance? Some players run into more bm than others? A particular level of rank on Battlenet? I wouldn't be surprised if high plat, low diamond is where most bm occurs. Knowledeable enough to think they're good, but not wise enough to know that there is a lot more to learn/ have a healthy respect for their opponent. | ||

Its usually when an early battle comes, and for example i loose some lings cause they're missrallied. Okay fine they die. And then the fucktard says "omg your terribad". Fine its fine. But it just pisses me off, makes me play worse. Never insult. Its like if they see your not responding to the BM theyre just more excited about keeping BM'ing. And im not like a cold hearted guy that can take all the insults and just laugh at him, i go nuts and i wish i could do something about it. BUT its a game and i cannot do anything. So 1) hes laughing at me because hes winning in a game 2) i cant do nothing but feel worse, and play worse. I think theres no real solution. I just dont like these type of guys, but well what can you do, my RL friends doesnt like these kinda games and my girlfriend is not very good but shes tries  | ||
