As for my own history, I got my 1,000th post fairly recently as well (and my Corsair icon today! Woo!), and I've managed to make it this far with only a single warning, for "posting without dignity". I edited the message, but in essence, it was a response to a thread about naming a kitten, where I said something like: + Show Spoiler + OMG AWWWWWW SO CUUUUTEE!! =DDDD ... but even worse than that. Thinking about it now, it's a wonder that post ever made it past the preview box, but somehow it did. Naturally, Manifesto7 was sure to remind me about the virtues of posting sensibly via the almighty red text + PM, and sent me on my way. I have no doubts that my warning was 100% justified, and it's provided me incentive to avoid posting like a 5 year old on a sugar rush. Thanks, Mani. | ||

I guess if a post does not talk for at least a paragraph it is considered worthless? Sometimes less is more. A lot of posts here are just fluff and can be condensed into a single sentence to get the main point across. All I wanted was to make a thread about Starcraft 2 media. The general youtube thread is not what I was looking for. That is just random videos. It got closed before I could add any more content because sometimes I wish there was a thread where you can find all the neat pictures and videos that people make about Starcraft and its players. You had bad luck of posting a vid from a guy who stirred a lot of shit lately. And Hot_Bid wrote he was close to getting his stream featured right before he made his call for invasion so imagine the frustration... | ||
