It may be a big step for yourself, your products, and the company, but you sound like you have the drive and commitment necessary to pull it off!

+ Show Spoiler + Um, could someone explain what exactly he does? I've only read a few blogs and from what I read, I can gather that he's a really hardworking and intelligent entrepreneur, but I still want to know who he"is"...could someone just explain or something? Thanks!!

@bonifaceviii: trust me when I say, this came about by circumstances beyond my control, I simply just was dragged by the flow ^^ @Asha`: its funny when you think you've done a lot, but then step into a new arena and you feel like a noob again, but in the end, you do what you have to do, or else your wife divorces you and takes the kids keke. @indecision: I think anyone devoted to SC or TL has innate talents; reality is in business, its all about training and given the right opportunity, well I hope I can take on interns next year and since I'm coming not from a technical background, rather strategic management/marketing, all I really need is picking out that raw talent, so whether from a technical background or social science, they all augment business. @TossFloss: ^^ thanks I really appreciate it @bakedace: I feel the same way but when I just focus on that I either get into the habit of just saying, 'fuk it' and not thinking about what I'm doing and just being too cavalier about it or completely forget about it and become a pussy for a couple of days, but thanks for the reminder ^^ @MisterD: I would never take from TL's awesome staff of awesomeness and I need TL as much as everyone else for that special blend of cool competitive geekness keke besides my industries require a lot more ruthlessness and while you think they mods here can be tough, they are cute panda bears in my view keke. @PanoRaMa: I reckon you've still got the hardest job in the world ^^ I think it was this transition that was/is making it so difficult for me, but as a process guy rather than product guy, I don't think I'll ever really qualify as a true entrepreneur because all my companies will ever be 'me too' companies, its just a matter for me to slowly plug away at it. ^^ @jacen: ^^ I am currently getting beat and its my wife that does most of it, but in all seriousness, I don't think its for everyone, I mean when you actually put aside the best case scenario and think about the opportunity cost, if you've never worked for a major company, you have nothing to compare things too, you simply keep at your company, but when you are getting paid more than most small sized companies make in gross revenue, then the calculations are a bit different; so the logic goes, but if I made x amount in that company then I should be able to make x amount more on my own; but if we're talking investment/real estate finance, then yes, cause you have the know how and act as a broker, but if we're talking a similar product in the consumer market, well...the jury is still out ^^ @Z3kk: Thx, Former: Regional Director of PokerStars in Asia, Senior Consultant PricewaterhouseCoopers and not actually an entrepreneur by any stretch of the imagination, but will try. @Ack1027: keke, ok, I'm gonna wreak it! @orz.fail: well I reckon I need a couple of years to determine successful or not, but thx I will fight the good fight though ^^ @GreatFall: Happy New Years as well and thanks, I need the luck!

Hey HeavOnEarth, thanks for the suggestion, preparation is all done and at this point, I'm gonna just try to just work hard and see what happens, I am more likely going to need drinking and singing buddies when I need to relieve some stress ^^ but it might be nice to get into contact with him if he is from a related industry, gaming, casino, social media, online search or data centers. Cheers.
