In summary Told girl I liked her...got a sort of strange no response 4 months ago since shes leaving for a foreign trip. See her on regular basis, started to get better responses from her recently. Got a while before she leaves. I want to use this time to do something but not sure what...don't wanna be too pushy since she said no but at the same time don't want to do nothing. Any advice? Be specific and elaborate please. Thanks   | ||

if you are on a level where girls dont want you, trying for them will make everything even worse you first need to be confident and look decent, actually looking good only helps, but if girls dont like you atm and nothing changes with your personality then theres no point in actually trying for a girl but if shes sending u signals just go for it like a man and learn from it, such experience is exactly what you need to become more manly - what girls want a confident, cocky man who knows how tot ake care of himself yo dawg | ||

if she said no she probably assumes you've taken that and you're now friends, don't misconstrue friendship as her changing her mind. she rememebers and if she changes her mind she'll let you know also do you really want to start something with her going away? put it out of your mind, maybe things will change when she comes back, maybe not. EDIT: re-read.. you say that you got 'better responses' i've assumed that just means you've been friends. is that right? | ||

Yeah but again how do I do this without being pushy? How should I go about this? I have asked her out directly as possible and received a not now sort of thing... we agreed to meet and we spent the day together and i said to her. I'm not really in favour of doing the same thing again. Perhaps something more subtle, less aggressive. Yes we've been friends and continue to be. Not super close but yeah friends. | ||

if you don't know how to do it then you need to learn how. People can't be telling you how to do things like this otherwise it isnt you maaaan I mean sure you could learn from people telling you, but it's much better to find your own thing, or grow a pair depending on the situation | ||

Took the words right out of my mouth. While basketball and football stars get lots of women, the tennis and soccer players definitely have the most adoring fans. C-Ro, Roger Federer, Rafa Nadal, David Beckham (to name a few). You won't see many girls squeal over Dwight Howard no matter how hard he dunks  | ||

I'm just saying that in general, in terms of musculature, I think girls prefer dudes who are the "lean grace" type of people. Those sports are just examples....though now that I'm rereading my post, it does sound as if I called Howard fugly for being black (since I pretty much compared him to Ronaldo, Fed, Rafa, and Beckham). Sorry for offending you You didn't offend me one bit (I'm not black either), it was just weird you singled out Howard versus those guys, I guess you noticed it too. Reason I asked you to look up who they date is because none of the soccer stars date actual celebrities (besides Beckham), other guys just go after local models that no one outside of their country ever heard of. Either soccer players are too dumb to date singers and actresses or Europe is different in this regard - I don't know. Maybe you will dig out a few examples if you actually try but it would be an exception. In the US baseball players like A-Rod or Jeter date TV divas and superstars - Madonna, Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, Adriana Lima etc. I don't know if I should bring up NFL players, they are not missing out on any of this action either. Parker dated Eva Longoria, someone like Howard is still very young, seeing how he does movies I'm sure he is getting any ass he wants. Basically these are the buffest guys out there, maybe it's a local preference but at least in the US they are all sex symbols. Maybe if Howard was wearing one of those man purses and tight pants he would become a hit in Europe too. | ||
