So I finally hit 2001k points in my diamond division (yay) I know its no big deal but It's been a rough road to get there... it's also funny because I decided to switch to Zerg the match before...
It was a PvP and omg if you think ZvZ was bad t_t guess again... PvP is horrid to play and watch, either 3gate chrono warp or more often then none... camp in 1base and get 3-4 colossus with sentry/stalker and just 1a 2a 3...no not even 3 required anymore...
So I hate PvP but my PvZ is the best, except when Zerg goes muta's, Protoss still doesn't have a good counter for them eco wise and is forced to be contained in his base, losing many probes to have decent muta micro. This is something I think I excel as a Zerg.
Macro wise of course as a Protoss I was always macro orientated going 3gate expand and such but was thwarted by 3rax into 5rax expand T_T. I don't understand how Terran can get away with that off 1base... damn mules...
But I'm Zerg now and I'm at 2001, just had to share it. Take it or leave it I guess, hit me up for a game? IcyPringle.137

Though for some reason....it feels less accomplishing than what I was used to in terms of ranking in ICCup....>.> Maybe I'm just a terrible cynic.
Maybe it's the lack of a battle report.....But to be clear, it's in no way trying to dumb down your achievement because I probably can't hit 2K with my hiatus from SC2. So good job still.

Hmm I really need to play more  I haven't hit 2k on any of my 3 accounts and have around 1700 bonus points accumulated atm (that is spread across my three accounts)

Plexa, you dont play ladder on SEA anymore do you?

Yeah I feel the same. How do you find the lag on NA? Also - I saw GLaDe playing on the Korean server, but I asked the Blizzard guys and they said you need a SSN for an account. Have you thought about this?
The lag wouldn't be as bad as NA and you could test your strategies against more aggresive styles.

What's the best way for one to get onto the Kor server? I've been thinking about it - not because I'm "just that good" or anything - but just want to be able to experience some different styles.

I hate to derail the thread further, but getting a Korean account is relatively difficult unfortunately. Unless you have some Korean friends who are willing to help you out your chances are pretty slim. Glade is a top level player so I was pleased to find out that someone managed to score him an account. I find the lag on NA to be better than the lag to SEA - neither are great but in my experiences I would rather play on euro than sea =/ I get my ass handed to me on euro though so I don't really need to worry about finding more difficult opponents ^^
