EPTWell... I've got a huge midterm tommorow and I'm totally unprepared so bring it on!
They definitely deserve a better introduction than I can give them, but here is a pretty cool interview of them by David Farrier
They are technically classified as a "dark cabaret" style band... and its quite a bit different than the usual stuff. I found that I liked them on and off in waves. At first I thought it was novel and interesting, but after a short while I started becoming sick of the guys voice.
It took a turn for the better when you start really listening to the lyrics and realizing how disturbed they are, and the band really took on a new light for me.
Here's one of my favorite songs... and I should warn you that a lot of the stuff they sing about is blasphemous or extreme or just disgusting. It definitely takes an accustomed stomach to take it in.
