Zoom distance

Does anyone else feel that the zoom distance in SC2 is very close?

I have been playing watching PL and I feel that you can see much more than in SC2.

I'd really wouldn't mind a few more ticks to my camera zoon when playing SC2 :/ but maybe its just something im accustomed to from playing fully zoomed out in WoW.

Any thoughts?

Well not just the zoom distance, the maps feel so small as well compared to brood war.

The units in general are bigger, thats the main problem. The only units that really seems to "swarm" the screen are marines and zerglings, all of the others (stalkers, marauders, roaches) are really bulky.

Hmm.....this has been one of my thoughts as well. I really don't know what to make of it.

At this point it really hasn't done anything to affect me greatly, so I have no complaints about it.

It doesn't effect me when im playing the game. But every time I look at screen shots or watch BW, the thought of, I wish the SC2 view distance was just a bit larger. Like the buildings.. The buildings in SC2 especially seem gigantic compared to BW.

Im watching SKT vs Woongjin now, and Best's nexus is like tiny :O
