Anyways, I'm only 19 and I played BW when I was like 12, and I definitely wasn't good. Around age 14 I started playing Halo competitively and I traveled 4 different times placing in the top 10 at every tournament, making around $10,000. If you want links to the tournaments I attended, I will link you. Until SC2 came out, I was taking a break from gaming (stopped competitively a year ago) and now I'm playing SC2 when I get the chance. I have a job and I'm a student in college, so it's hard to balance many games with friends, and SC2 along with everything else. So there you have an answer with what I've been doing with my life..

How to beat Muta/Bane when you're MMMing... If you didn't scout his Muta/Bane in time, then you're going to have to rely on a couple things. You have some options, in my opinion you could try to do a counter drop on his Spire or Bane Nest the moment you see his first few harassing Mutas. That will delay him a lot. If you both mass up and he has a bunch of Banes and a bunch of Mutas, then hopefully you have enough Marines to take out his Mutas. If you can micro well enough to take out a few waves of banelings, I think you'll be alright since he should have 20-30 Mutas TOP (if you both mass up hard enough) and if you're going strictly MMM you should have a bigger army to deal with his remaining Mutas. I guess that's all I can really say to that.

One thing I learned from Halo is that you are tested a lot more when fame or money is on the line, and going into ladder is definitely fun and testing, but I also want to test myself in tournaments. I definitely need more practice, and that applies to everyone else who doesn't win in the tournament, but I enjoy testing what I know.
