Well TL, I come to you with yet another girl issue . So i guess we can go back 4 months ago to school, i was a freshmen and a cute sophomore girl started talking to me out of nowhere i guess because my name started making announcements a lot for academics and shit. Well we start talking, im having a party just for some close friends that weekend. She just says yea ill come i was like "i didnt invite you...." but whatever man. So we hang out some more and she invites me over her house and nothing happens, in fact it is terribly boring. So she gets a bf, then she stops talking to me cuz we got into some agruements.
Anyways fast forward a month, and now i have a gf. We go out for 3 months then i break up with her (she got uglier). Now this girl is texting me again and I have a feeling it will just end badly...again. Any pimp advice i can get from the awesome members of TL? should i go for her again? try to be her friend or just kinda tell her to fuck off?
why didn't anything happen when she invited you to her house, after she'd randomly started talking to you and invited herself to one of your parties? makes no sense. i'm guessing the problem is more that you want something to happen, but you don't know how to get things going.
Was she aware that you were dating? Is she still dating? Did she acknowledge you in any way when she got a boyfriend? Was this the first time you heard back from her in 3 months?
Given from the information that you told us, I'm assuming that the girl is good looking in your standards, and that you're only going into a relationship just for a fling and nothing very serious (this is entirely in my opinion, I may be wrong). While this may be damaging for your reputation and put you in a bad image in her eyes, it's not entirely all bad on your end of the spectrum because you'll get some entertainment for your own sake. In situations like this, I would still keep in contact with her and be her friend and such, and I would elect to knowing the person for a longer while before even considering being in a relationship with her.
If you think it's not worth the effort, or if you think she's going to be causing problems for you then just let her slide on by. If you think she's nice company by all means be friends with her, hang around and stuff. Just don't get involved in anything more. ANYTHING more. Even if the situation arises where you're both feeling a little frisky just get up, walk away and do it yourself. It's not worth the trouble.
you should kind of ignore her. you shouldn't jump just because she's whistling. or do you want to show yourself as a person who wants to take every opportunity just because she dumped her bf for now?
be less allowing with her than you were in the past (for instance you should have told her to not come to your party) date other girls parallel to dating her, don't turn all of your attention into her direction, make her feel that she is no special and has to work if she wants to get with you.
