EPTThere are two things I hate: Terran mech builds, Replay Telecorder, and dish network.
I'll start with Terran mech... I'm a Z player, and ever since TLO showed the really fast fact FE build at GSL, tons of Terran players are adopting it.I used to think reapers were tough, but most Terran players don't have the micro to back up that opening. Fast factory and 3 fact off 2 bases is incredibly tough, though. It requires impeccible transitions and a good amount of army composition scouting to prepare for it. And if I let the Terran get 200/200, it's pretty much game over. That's where I'm at in my ZvT right now.
Not in the title, but stalker heavy colossus pushes really screw me up, too. It seems like even if I do early damage with a bling/ling bust, then expand, then delay the colossus with an overseer, I still get trounced. Am I just not using roaches enough in this matchup?
Now for replay telecorder... What a bad piece of software this is. I record an awesome interview with HuK, then it goes and outputs the file in an avi with wma v2 audio, each voice track in stereo and on different tracks, and each track on different MHz! I spent like 3 hours trying to get everything to work... It was awful. I enlisted the help of someone with more experience than me, and it took them more than an hour to get the audio into a listenable mp3. I'm going to use different software for the next interview, anyone have a recommendation? If not, I'll try camtasia studio. I did a test run with the wife and it seemed good. The HuK interview should be all ready tomorrow with any luck.
Lastly, Dish Network aka the worst company in the world (in my personal experience)has been bugging the crap out of me. They call my cell 2-4 times per weekday, and when I pick up it gives me a robot saying that Dish Network tried to solicitize me but nobody is available to talk (WTF). Called back and did their automated "remove me from this list" thing to no avail. Then I called back and mashed zero until someone picked up FOUR TIMES and each time they assured me that I was taken off their list and that I wouldn't get calls from them again. Tue last 2 times, they told me my number is registered with an account, but I've never had an account with them. What should I do :/ it's starting to piss me off.
