Hi TL, I'm a bad Protoss player. My APM is pretty low, my multitasking is abysmal, and I must construct additional pylons. Frequently.
The title of this post does a fairly nice job of summarizing its purpose. I'm thinking about streaming my gameplay, and would like to know if anybody would be interested in watching my quest to become better at this game.
Whether you'd like a place to talk about how not to be bad, or if you feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in helping a new player become less bad, I'd like to exploit you for personal gain chat with other people who are also interested in getting better.

If your problem is mechanics, which it sounds like it is, Then people watching the stream cant really help. You have to improve your mechanics on your own.

You have to make it interesting by voice commenting and you might get really popular. Most of the featured streams have it at least. If you just ladder/custom and play music on background then viewers probably won't stay longer than 5-10minutes there as it's only gold level.

Meh, probably not. I don't think I really could be sitting there watching a stream that would make me frustrated. I mean I am no good player. But watching anything below platnium makes me frustrated, especially if I see things that the actual player doesn't, I end up shouting at the screen trying to tell them that there is something wrong. But they never notice

don't really care but when I see like 25 non-feature stream, i'm like.. meh i'll got watch re plays

If you can comment while playing it might be fun, but watching while you're grinding (awful) games listening to techno ... not so much.

I was planning on using my mic and saying some clever words to make my stream at least mildly entertaining, despite terribad play. 
I was also planning on using irc and keeping it open on my phone to avoid constant alt-tabbing.
Either way, interest in this idea seems incredibly low. Seeing as this idea was mostly to make up for the fact that bnet 2.0 doesn't want me to have friends, perhaps those of you who are interested would like to play some practice games instead? Or just use IRC/Vent to meet up? I only suggest this because I've never found a game in #tlpickup or anything like that before.
If anybody else has a better idea to "bring bad players together" (that is not the SC2 strategy forum) I'd be willing to listen. I know there are tons of bad players out there, I'm mostly looking for a way to find the ones that want to put effort into getting better.
Anyways, thanks for responding and being honest with me, I don't want to make yet another SC2 stream that's just going to get lost in the non featured list.

It's a new idea that relies on other people's interest to fulfill it's purpose. I would expect a majority of people to be uninterested, I'm not worried about what they vote. I also haven't closed off this idea yet either, I was just making a couple other suggestions for the people who are interested.
Basically, the end goal is not a stream, that was just my first idea. I'm trying to make a place within the community for bad players who want to put in the effort to get better. I picked a stream because it seemed like a good method to attract a small group of people, and was flexible enough that I could do different things with it, like run a bad player KotH. (Ideally there would be a couple people watching and chatting about the games)
I guess the poll was a bad idea. It was 2 AM, I couldn't think of much more to write, but I wanted to make it look like I actually put effort into my post before it got dismissed. My basis for this idea was that lower level players might be able to benefit from watching similarly skilled players making the same kind of mistakes they do, and discussing it. I've also seen more than 1 helpful person on TL go out of their way to give even basic advice to lower skilled players. Of course all of this information is available for anybody to read, I just think it's a lot more meaningful to have somebody who understands and has experienced the same issues give pointers in real time.
I probably could have written the OP in a much clearer way, emphasizing that I wanted to create a place for bad players to get better, rather than emphasizing the first method that came to mind to accomplish said goal.
