Part 1
now I've been having a problem for quite a while. I have quite an odd positioning for my arm. I have a arm support beside my table. My elbow rests on it and you know in tournaments or local PC Bangs / Internet cafes, theres no such thing (See image if i fail at explaining)

Failed at resizing it properly. x.x
With this, it affects my sensitivities and mouse control for a multitude of games. (Applications wise no since they aren't significant to this lol)
How can I adapt my arm whenever I go out for tournaments or just regular hang outs in the PC Bang so that its comfortable to play?
Extra information which may or may not be needed.

Part 2
since i'm also curious, i'll ask this along. To what I experienced time to time from writing fanfiction, I feel these jumps of performance / skill for just no reason (Think of it as leveling up in a RPG without the hard grinding)
I got this kind of feeling today. I felt more comfortable with the UI in Starcraft 2 now all of a sudden (Doesn't feel as struggling when compared to BW)
Does this happen often to you or is it more gradual where you work by practice or by replays? Also, I doubt that its due to being tired previously etc.
Thanks TL.
