I am So. So. Frustrated. At playing people who I destroy.
There are 3 causes to my frustration. Two are blizzard caused. One is caused by being in the military and partly blizzard.
First of all, my internet sucks. I am on a navy ship in yokosuka japan. Of all places you would think that the internet here would be decent. Well, its not. The only internet I have acces to is terrible. It also likes to randomly cut off the connection and kick me from my games, on top of me just simply lagging out.
To make things worse I am stuck on an AMERICAN SERVER, even though I live in JAPAN, because the game i bought was an american copy. Barring the servers was a terrible idea.
Second thing. RANDOM FUCKING CRASHES. I dont know what the issue is, but every few hours I will get a string of crashes. Mid game or at the start of the game. All of these count as losses.
Third thing is really gay. When you lag (and I do a lot), a screen pops up that lets you surrender if you click it. Well, when you are spamming 200+ apm and the lag screen randomly pops up in the middle of the screen, SOMETIMES YOUR GONNA END UP CLICKING IT, LIKE IT OR NOT.
I think I am around 55-32. I have lost... maybee 10 games. IF that, and honestly I think thats pushing it. But because of all this bullshit, I am going up against bad player after bad player time and time again.
There is a bright side to it, I am slowly moving up in the ranks and as I progress I am slowly being more challenged, starting to play people in the mid to high plat levels and I get a few decent games.
The bad news is that if this keeps up, in the long run I will never quite be at the level I should be, because a large portion of my losses will still come from all this crap.
I really want to play sc2. But all of this crap is stealing away my motivation a bit. Idono what the point of this is. Good night.

Imagine how it feels for those guys getting rolled because you are much higher than them.
But for the most part I agree with you. Even at 400-500 Diamond sometimes there's just garbage players. I finally just lost my 10 game winning streak starting at 500 diamond. 8/10 of those games were done is less than 10 mins. A lot of people are surviving through early game with sloppy builds.
I recommend playing aggressive to end games with not good players faster.

Did you know you can call blizzard and get an account transfer to an asian server if you explain your situation? That could potentially fix one of your problems

I played this tower defense flash game that you beat after 50 levels, and after the 50th level, a screen pops up that tells you if you wanna return to the main menu, or if you wanna continue on to the 51st level. The screen popped up while I was placing a tower and I clicked on the "Go to main menu and select a new map" option. I was PISSED that I had to play all 50 levels again

I feel you. Did you do the fps cap to fix the overheat?? That was fine for me the past two weeks until yesterday, though i suspect that was because I left my comp on the past two days more than anything...

Play customs games. Use the #tlpickup channel.
If you don't wanna play bad players, then maybe steer clear of ladder for now and just play better people for fun. Then you can ladder hard when your net improves.

And for only playing against noobs, just get some quality pracicepartners? I'm sure you could find atleast 1 or 2 from the Practicepartner thread here @ teamliquid.

I had these too, they disappeared when I lovered the graphics settings to lowest. I had no graphics lag or hickups at all or so at medium graphics but the game crashed once every few hours so I have to play on lowest anyway.
