i played like a month and hated it. it wasnt until an "epic" game i played vs. my friend on BGH that lasted 50 min.s of me using ghost/tank/wraiths vs all carriers. i won and ti was an ugly game but i soon fell in love with BW after that game lol | ||

After a few months and lots of prodding, my dad bought us a new computer. It was a Pentium 2-333Mhz with 64MB RAM and a 4GB hard drive, and that's when I really got to learning SCBW. I played through the campaigns and played against the AI and really learned all the races. And we got a 56kbps modem and played with my friends modem to modem. (I also played NBA Live '99 and Diablo II via modem to modem!) Now though, I've only been playing with my cousins over LAN and several friends over GArena. Twelve years on, I'm still playing the game that I really didn't like at first. And I guess, like many of you here, I will never get tired of Brood War. | ||
