I've been dry heaving for the last 2. Anyone have any awesome sustenance I can take in to try and settle this? Only thing I can think of is ginger ale and pepto... An adventure to the convenience store is risky and its pooring out, so if I'm going I want to grab everything I can.  | ||

Ginger ale won't stay down, maybe pepto will. With food poisoning you've basically just got to wait it out and try to drink as much water as possible. Don't eat anything or drink anything with sugar, it just makes the cramps worse. Dry heaves are pretty bad too, might want to get some benadryl and take a couple to help with the nausea if you can get it down (or smoke some weed). Other than that you've just got to tough it out. | ||
