So, there you have it. I am omega sick. I've been puking and horrible Diarrea since about 9pm PST, so about 4-5 hours.
I've been dry heaving for the last 2. Anyone have any awesome sustenance I can take in to try and settle this? Only thing I can think of is ginger ale and pepto... An adventure to the convenience store is risky and its pooring out, so if I'm going I want to grab everything I can.

i got some homeopathy beverages. be sure to git you right good.

sounds like you've got food poisoning. Ginger ale won't stay down, maybe pepto will. With food poisoning you've basically just got to wait it out and try to drink as much water as possible. Don't eat anything or drink anything with sugar, it just makes the cramps worse. Dry heaves are pretty bad too, might want to get some benadryl and take a couple to help with the nausea if you can get it down (or smoke some weed). Other than that you've just got to tough it out.

Happened to me once. I was lucky enough to have a heating pad. I cranked that thing up to max (which would have ordinarily burned me, but my body temperature was probably below 35 degrees C so I needed it). Also bought Imodium to stop the diarrhea. Took long naps, forced myself to drink water, and in a few days felt much better. I was obstinate about not going to the doctor, which would have probably cured me faster.

Saltine Crackers you cracker!
With some ginger ale and pepto, they make youg ood!!

Oh...and yes...for the diarrhea, Immodium is god of stopping it. Highly recommended. Like seriously, if you have that shit, take it. Pepto says it works...but nothing works like immodium (eh hate the chalky pill taste, but I can't deny the instant effects of it.)

I had this for a week, it was horrible. Just force yourself to drink water and eat some bread or crackers when you are hungry. Consuming anything else might just trigger an unpleasant experience.
I barely ate anything for a week , though luckily I had congee which really helps in these situations.

active coal + water + sleep + crackers should make you feel better in no time

Just drink some gatorade. The Electrolytes will help you.
