I do it sometimes when a stranger sneezes, it makes me laugh.
I say the arabic version of it from time to time.
I never say it..sounds weird.. "bless you.."..?
I say it. It's the non-optional social convention.
i hate it when people scold you for not saying "bless you".
I usually say it, though obviously not in English most of the time.
I never say it, bless me? Because I sneezed? wtf?
I say it, and I'm not religious at all. I think it's lost any religious connotation and become just more of a cultural expression.

sometimes in english, sometimes in german, but not always.

i just ignore it. i never really understand why its polite to, if someone would bother explaining that then i may change my mind...
I always say it, even if someone coughs. No reason other then I picked it up from my grandparents always saying it, and I consider it polite.
If its a small town - yeah. If its in the mall . . .nope.
usually say it the first time for the person, cause this guy that works beside me has allergies... it doesn't stop

Politeness (unlike being nice) comes from social convention, not logic.
I usually do because most people appreciate it, not a big deal though.

I don´t do it because ..well because it´s "Gesundheit" in germany.
in spanish its "Salud!" which means health its a bit less religious and its just for goodwill.. you are wishing the other person well so why wouldnt you say it?
I say "prosit", which is swedish and I say "bless you" or "gesundheit" for the lulz
rarely do i ever say it. if there's multiple sneezes i only say it once. that's it.

-achoo!- "bless you!" 'Thank you ^^' "np, do you often come here?"

LOL wtf. Hospitals are the best places to show your science.

I think it's weird not to say it. I grew up with it so hearing someone sneeze and nobody saying bless you is weird to me... Kind of rude lol
I don't say it because I wasnt born in the 1930's.
I don't believe im god so I don't say ' bless you ' , rather I say 'god bless you ' =p
I sometimes say it. I should say it more often.
'gesundheit' is without a doubt the way to go.
Or 'salud' if you're feeling classy.
I say 'salud', even when I'm not with spanish speakers.
