just a quick question, i plan to be graphic designer and i wanted to work with a tv studio...for example south park, i want to design their city and etc...is that still consider graphic designing?

........I don't know but I wouldn't think so, animation? isn't all of southpark pictures, ect. drawn by hand? regardless this seems like a really random place to post to ask about this... but anyway gl=]

they are done in a few days on a computer

lol @ illu, sorry to post it here, but i rather trust you guys then yahoo.answers. but yeah working on the computer and designing props, cities, maybe characters and etc.

I think you're looking for something along the lines of a digital production arts program. That's not graphics design I think.

That being said, most people with those jobs are mostly doing grunt work putting things together and aren't involved with designing anything exciting. It's the very few that work their ways to the top that actually do the designing.
