I'm not sure what the rules are regarding progamers doing advertisements for non Kespa companies (I imagine their contracts disallow this sort of thing) but that could be a possible revenue source for progamers which in turn relieves some of the salary pressures from the teams.
I mean certainly Pocari Sweat should be paying Flash something right? Maybe some fried chicken royalties for Nal_Ra?

As long as you don't get ceremonies turned into product placement showcases (imagine the next FBH ceremony where he advertises how fun it is to pour Pocari Sweat on his head??)
In the past, I've seen a bit of this. Team uniforms will have Craze Burger patches on them and the like but recently all the uniforms have gotten fairly advertisement free and while they look better, I can't help but feel that you've lost out on a revenue source.

on topic: this would only benefit a handful of successful/loved players, if you want to prevent match fixing you would have to improve the conditions for everyone.

Hm i think the 6k rolex from savior looks better hehe. There are progamer advertisements but i don't know how the relationship with Kespa is. I remember one where Boxer and some other progamers advertised Jenga. Quite old one ,lol. He did one for Nokia too i think. Jaedong made a Tv ad for lecaf shoes and some more i don't remember at the moment.

The point of my post was not "endorsements will curb match fixing" but rather "endorsements will improve progamer pay without team sponsors shelling out more money".
Having said that, I believe that having a financial incentive to maintain a clean image does affect how a progamer approaches something like match fixing.
which pretty much pushes a watch past the $70k mark. In other words, if your watch has a tourbillon, its probably going to run minimum 5 figures USD.
The other 400k is mostly exclusivity as well as the design challenges of making something so complicated, intricate, and fully mechanical, light enough to be worn by a tennis player while still sturdy enough to deal with the wear and tear.
I mean don't get me wrong, I think Savior's Rolex is a great watch ( I believe its an earlier model Submariner) but we're really comparing like a entry level BMW to a Bugatti here.
