Yet another blog regarding food indulgence. This time I've got donuts, and lots of them. I've already eaten some (I won't say how many), but I'm not certain if I should stop.
We're not talking mini donuts, petite Krispy Kremes, or "popems." These are big wholesome disgusting donuts.
How many are too many in one sitting before I should call myself a fat slob? I avail myself of the internet's wisdom.

What's the worst thing that could happen to you by eating a lot of donuts?
Increase in weight and hyperactivity.
Stop eating them when your body doesn't like the feeling anymore.

1 is too many, if you're actually concerned about health. Any number greater than 0 is just a rationalization that you deserve to have a treat for some arbitrary reason.

For insane, loaded sweets like full scale donuts, my appetite usually completely vanishes after the 2nd one at most, even if I was hungry before. If you're somehow remaining hungry for donuts after an amount you feel may be a bit much, try drinking a lot while eating them or eating something else while eating them.
