Harsh bro. Seems like he's the type that's not going to learn, is he? I don't think fighting would have solved the problem in any case. Honestly, I don't know if you can do anything. I'd let it slide and just wait till he's out of your way once you're in college and hope he doesn't abuse your sister. Maybe he's just one of those type who mooches off their parents and becomes a fucking NEET for the rest of the lives... Have you tried a psychologist?
