They finally got rid of their crappy fries. In honor of that, Jack wants us all to come out on Friday and give them a try!

After years of research, months of planning and several hours of trance-based meditation, I've decided to reinvent my French fries. I call them . . . My New French Fries. Felt like it was more important to spend time crafting the fries themselves, not the name. They're crispy, golden, delicious and salted just right for your tasting pleasure.
In honor of this groundbreaking news, I've decided to have a FREE Fryday on Friday, April 16th. All you have to do is walk in and ask for them. No coupons or anything. And just to be clear, everyone gets one free small fry. Like, an order of them. Not just one single fry. That would be silly.

Lame. None of those around here. =( I've only eaten there once in my entire life and it was on either my Blizzcon '05 or '07 trip, I don't remember which.
Closest one is 7.2 hours away from where I live, apparently.

Reside in NYC since birth, never seen a Jack in a Box. Wish we had an In n Out or some Carl's Jr. here, but I rarely eat fast food anyway, unless you guys consider pizza or maybe Subways legit burger joint.

I'm pretty sure jack in the box is more of a southern chain because in Texas (where I was for 10 years) and now in California there's a goodly amount of them.

Jack is the place to go when you're drunk/high at 2am and you have the munchies, even though most of the food are so bad and taste like shit...their old potato skin fries sucked ass and I would not even eat it if they were free.. Now these new fries better be good

The fries were meh. Better than the potato skin ones though.
They are almost identical to burger king's fries imo.
