Played a bunch today, was playing 2s with flithy and we got a msg saying our performance has earned us a promotion from plat divison x to plat divison 8. dunno how that works but we won quite a few games a row. when we got promoted our points got reseted back to 1000. we then when on a massive winning spree and took the #1 spot. with double random no less!
as for 1s, im like 100% vs terran, 90% vs toss and 50% vs zerg. sigh still having big troubles. then the god of manner pillars helped me out and showed me how he played pvz. was amazing to watch! hopefully tmr i will start beating zergs. im #6 at the moment, 70-24 or something.
oh, to make an obs game, invite all the players to your party, then create game with party. choose the mode as 1v1 and remember to make yourself referee instead of spectator so u can talk in the game to the players. switch players with drag and drop no more double clicking lol. and during the game, an obs has all the features of a replay, you can see the persons screen/mouse clicks, apm/units at any point etc.
blizzard is truly amazing.
edit: Just played the rep of the day. if you like epic comebacks watch this. one of the toss proxyed double 2 gate on 8 supply right outside zergbase. it was amazingly fast, and they are quite high ranked too.
edit2: did a quick search for my name, thought ill mention this if pple are wondering abt the maynard vs villert replay which was in 2000 i believe. it was me as the terran vs eutheria who was the sponsored #1 finland and top 3 europe player. he was in LD with smuft and fennec and he retired in 2001. anyway we were just smurfing around on aus-1 and the obs in the replay was Martyr^DAG^ the #1 aus player at that time. all this is ancient history of course, 10 years ago, just like me, im a dinosaur now, but im glad to hear pple say they learnt alot from that game.

I seem to recall you as being one of the better non-Korean SC players back in the day. Were you a very active player back around like... 1.08ish?

started in 2000 and was very active till 2002 then i more or less stopped

dominating aus-1 server, can be very noob too!

You don't even have to be in a party for obs slots. Just keep inviting players to the custom game and the new section will open after all player slots are filled.

nope, not gonna spend $100 entry fee thats crazy. duckie is thinking of the 2k yearly tho. hes ok with live games but its way too slow for me
