you dont need any equipment to do it and its easy to fit into your day.
wake up
do push ups and curl ups
do pliometrics take shower go to bed
Hi - please explain why plyometrics would help to build mass. I'm also interested in what exactly differentiates plyometrics from other explosive movements like sprinting or olympic lifting. Please help me!
(To OP - it already looks like you have pretty low bodyfat % - you're probably going to have to be really dedicated to get rid of the rest (depending on your genetics). Why do you want to get more defined, out of curiosity? As you probably know, your muscle definition only has to do with muscle size and bodyfat %, nothing else. It might (from what I understand) get easier to maintain a lower bodyfat % as you get bigger, just from the greater energy demand (I also may be totally wrong) - if you're interested in getting bigger it might be helpful to post your routine in more detail. If you just want to cut fat you probably know the answer - you just don't like it :p)

well olympic lifting is actually a plyometric we might explore here, while sprinting is not(lower body).
he isn't trying to build mass tho btw, hes asking for definition. to build mass you would do the opposite, aka reps of repeated exercises. plyometrics does the opposite in that you do an extremely strenuous activity in a short period of time which will define your build much quicker.

I always understood that plyometrics required a rapid negative phase immediately preceeding the contraction - something about storage of muscle/tendon elastic energy + limiting excitation of golgi tendon organs. This is why say..depth jumps are plyometric, but normal vertical jumps (and relatedly, oly lifts) are not.
Muscle definition is only the relationship between muscle size and bodyfat percentage. As such, there are two ways to increase it - lowering bodyfat % and increasing muscle size. I don't know what else you imagine goes on but I assure you it does not.

Don't bother trying to get abs, you'll still have to put on a shirt and go to work like everyone else.

It looks like all you work on are abs and biceps.
You do curls in the squat rack don't you?

I've been dieting (less calories and less fat) and running in hopes of losing stomach fat for the past month, but it hasn't been working out. Those pounds that you put on with beer seem impossible to shed :S
Anyway yah I'm not trying to build mass, I don't think bulkiness suits Asian guys too well, but I'm definitely looking to have more definition but just have no idea of how to go about that. Thanks for the info on body fat %, muscle mass and plyometrics... I just read the wiki article on it but I'm looking for specific exercises to compile into an exercise routine that I can adapt to and integrate into my schedule.
On a side note I'm trying to achieve what I'm aiming for to impress a girl obviously, we drink together sometimes and it's really hot in out suites on our floor and she cooks with me often, I heard she's a real sucker for defined guys so... fingers crossed she'll be impressed when I wear a wife beater or just accidentally let her catch a glimpse of me without my shirt on.

Just so we're clear, the goal was to establish that plyometrics are NOT really suited for your needs - more for when you want to improve your vertical jump and acceleration etc.
In terms of fat loss, you may want to look into circuits (exercise circuits, not electric circuits) - crossfit.com has a good number of conditioning oriented workouts which may suit you if you are familiar with the movements involved.
Good luck.
