I remember once there was like, 10-15 people strolling down the street with balloon hats much like yours it was so hilarious but they were drunk and obnoxiously loud (silly frenchmen) so that added to the lulz nevertheless you never disappoint  | ||

Chill I spend alot on balloons though I do get wholesale prices so its cheaper than youd think but more than youd plan for hahah. Really depends on what your doing, do you need bigger balloons foil balloons or just latex etc... solid arch, string of pearl arch or what not. Also are they heluim filled (more $$) or air filled (less $$) so many things go into determining the price. Redtooth This was for a 3 hour event so no they wont be staying till Halloween the balloons, untreated(super high float) wont last to long. And the air and heluim balloons will oxidize get cloudy fairly quick. There are ways to prolong float time and keep the balloons shiny longer but for such a short thing its not neccessary to spend ectra time and money on doing so.
