As a last resort, whatever, but don't make a habit of getting fast food. It's incredibly processed and worthless to your nutrition. More something to keep your stomach from grumbling when you're in the middle of nowhere on a long car trip or something. Even still, if you can find a grocery store, that's loads better.

Whatever fast food burger place I go to, I get the lowest denominator chicken sandwich. The McChicken has really bad chicken, so I try not to go there but their mini meals where you get a small drink and small fries for 2.99 is really good. Wendy's has the best chicken sandwich imo followed by Spicy Chicken at Jack in the Box. Chicken burritos/tacos al fresco at Taco Bell are pretty good too. KFC is just too much for me usually and I'm more of a grilled chicken kind of guy so El Pollo Loco is better imo.

I was obsessed with Popcorn Chicken until all the KFC's in Minnesota went to shit. Instead of being like small crunchy little pieces of chicken they would just put like 4 mini chicken tenders in there -___-

Ugh.

There was a time when I would eat fast food maybe...twice a month and it was fine. Then I just stopped eating it for years. One day I went back to fast food while I was on a trip and it hurt my stomach so bad, felt like shit.

No more fast food for me, thanks =p.

Fast food is pretty good for what it is, but it's no substitute for real food. I eat it maybe once a week or so, and if I eat it much more often than that, it gets old pretty quick. Carl's Jr. and Sonic are probably my faves, though.
