I'm going to make it "official", that 8.18 shall be TL's sleep upside-down day. On, or around this day, if you choose to participate, you will be required to make a simple adjustment on your life and perspective, and see if it has made a difference.
The change you are going to make is small and subtle, it is simply instead of sleeping the way you usually do, you turn 180 degrees so your head lays where your foot used to be, and sleep upside-down. Here's how:

You're doing it wrong:
A small change can make you feel very different about the world, placebo or not, it should be an interesting, if not a rewarding experience. So when you fall asleep today, try sleeping upside-down, and get back to us on how did it feel different(if any).

I'll do it. I'll do it the "wrong way" though, flipping horizontally, but good enough, right? I'll blog about it later. I'm sure that when I wake up and wonder why I'm sleeping like that, I'll think of TL.

I do this sometimes if I can't get to sleep in my normal position. It sometimes helps since where my feet usually go is the window so I can feel the breeze and look out the window.

hahaha man. I frequently sleep upside-down, especially when the urge takes me, or I wanna listen to music from my laptop when I'm lying on my bed.

I'll give it a try next time I sleep. Might actually prevent me from hurting myself. Day late in Korean time, though.
I don't currently have a bed, so I sleep on the floor, and I also have a very low table with Kingkosi's computer on it, in the corner of my room. I woke up the other morning, lifted my head quickly, and smashed my head under the table. D:

I got a terrible sleep because my pillow fell off the bottom of my bed D:

I just moved into my new dorm 3 days ago, I think I need to give it a few weeks to get used to before sleeping upside down would be noticeably different.

Personally, I sleep upside down every once in a while already, as well as diagonally across, though I don't have the room to sleep sideways. I think the first time I felt pretty good, but the magic wears away after consecutive upside down sleeps.

Sometime I wake up confused wtf where am I. :D

Yea I've done it a few times a year just because the whole atmosphere of the room changes when your head is in the middle of the room (at least that's the case for me). Not really life-changing though.
