Going with JookToJoung. While his feats haven't been impressive, he has qualified for GSL 3 times now, unlike LittleBoy. Well, actually that is quite impressive.

I still give it to JookToJung. Tester's play wasn't that spectacular previously, meanwhile JTJ has qualified three times in a row, which means he's pretty damn solid.
