What exactly happens when they try to post in the strat forum ? Does it just say not enough rights or put them to disneyland or what?

Also, The main reason I wanted to make this thread is because the little X near banned guys doesn't stand out very well. I think we should use something like this

minus the black background and obviously as small as a UBB code icon or whatever.
