We know team histories are not working correctly. Thank you. |
question: why do you not add gsl and and gstl to tlpd? you have every mlg and gcpl match added, but the real game where the big shots fight are not. dont tell me its because gsl aint for forever as it clearly is, and dont tell me the korean matches would add up to a inflation of points for korean players as elo is designed against that. i just dont understand why...

That sounds like a terrible suggestion. Sure, it's the Global Starcraft League, but it sure as hell ain't global.

I know the Raleigh results are still incomplete, but Haypro won both these games.

I just want to second the motion to have the two SC2 TLPDs merged. SC2 is becoming more and more global. Major international tournaments are getting Korean pros to participate in them. Events such as the FXO Team Arena soon to be incorporating Korean teams. International teams such as fnatic, complexity, Liquid, EG, and sK are either signing Korean pros, or partnering with Korean teams. With these developments, it appears that the amount of interplay between the Korean and international scene will only be increasing. This level of mixing of the scenes were unprecedented before SC2, but today, having a single player database makes a lot of sense.
I like how there is a ranking for just international players available on the sidebar, and if the two PDs were to be merged, it would be great to have a very prominent option to filter out the Koreans.
Perhaps it would be good to have a poll of the TL community to see if they support the idea. I love the TLPD and how much work is put into it. I feel it's unfortunate that the Elo ratings are somewhat incomplete for players like Nada, MC, Huk, and Thorzain because they play in both internatial and Korean tournaments. Also by extension, the Elo ratings for all the players aren't as "complete" as they could be.
Thanks for all your great work guys.

Thanks for all your great work guys. it is already under strong consideration. there are some things that need to happen before we make such a step, and they aren't currently possible.

Haypro 2-0'd tyler, not the other way around.

Can Team Dynamic have a TLPD page? We previously had a Dream Vision Gaming page, but it seems to have vanished and we've moved to Team Dynamic

If you have players on your team in TLPD then by all means you can. Do you have a website or otherwise easily accessible roster?

A good amount of our players are in the TLPD. I dunno how to make a page or anything on TLPD.
Our LP page has everything, I set it all up and updated it all with their winnings, placements, etc. I hope it helps.

Not an issue, didn't want to see nagging or bothersome. I'd do it myself if possible.

Any chance on getting the Korean Weekly updated?? I sent the weeks 6 and 7 replay packs in, and need to start getting out invites for the monthly finals.
Thanks!
