This means that it can and has been used in a number of LR threads on a number of days. It's also not just an annoyance. It has some some relatively unpleasant consequences. Either way, it kills the the experience of following the LR while the game is occurring. As for annoying the regular forum-goer, it only has the potential to annoy them in the beginning. If the limit is 100 posts, it's almost like a reward of acceptance for a new member. Most truly new members wouldn't even think of posting images in their first 100 posts. There is the question of the long-time lurker. Some of them have sub-100 accounts. Perhaps it's 100 posts or 3 months since registration? If you'd list the ways in which this solution is detrimental, it would be easier to look for a solution. | ||
