I hope that the coaches force the players to focus on Proleague too, and not dive into GSL. As much as I love GSL, their qualifers and league are to much of a time sink for players who are doing more than one thing. Players who are established in GSL can split their time, but breaking in is takes 100% from a player.

I always watched the last Proleague at that time.Does mid-day mean 12:00?..... 4 am it is then... I hope Korean casting is available. It isn't Proleague without having people shouting things I don't understand into my ear. I grew accustomed to it watching the last BW only Proleague.

I can see he joined SKT1 in 2008, but it doesn't say when he left, the history on there website only goes up to march this year (i think it's 2012 anyway) So you would have to think it was after that?

I think this has a lot to do with how well they are doing financially. this is a good point. i think liquid also is pretty good about endorsing their sponsors. I don't even know who is sponsoring some other teams.

He left a while after the BW/SC2 hybrid ended afaik.

I would hate to see that.

I didn't really watch the hybrid league, so I cannot recall when those games started, but if I remember correctly the seasons before that had the games start at 13:00 KST, which meant 5/6 am for me (depending on winter/summer time). I'm not sure I like 4/5 am better...

But around same as back in Broodwar, i'd assume. Not really the best you could ask for, but what you can do.
