I havent updated on my training in a while it's mostly cos ive been busy with stuff. Nothing important has been going on either. Well except that my injuries dont bother me almost at all.
Last monday ive as promised started up a circuit routine. I decided to separate first and last(cable) portions of my routine in 2 different circuits. First i wanted to do them in the same dame, interchanging, but the cable machines had like a huge line so i was like fuck it. Ill come thursday morning and figure it out. So after i finish this blog im going. Hope itll be available.
1)1 min on treadmill at 8.5 speed,
2)clean and press 85 pounds 10 rep
3)jumps over bench 15 rep
4)crunches 30 rep
5)bicep curls 65 pounds 15 rep
6)squats 65 pounds 15 rep
7)incline machine press(single arm) 25 pounds each 15 rep each arm
8)lateral jumps over bench 15 rep
9)leg raises 15 rep
Repeat 3 times. 60 seconds rest in between.
Each of the latter excersizes were meant to take 30 seconds but its hella hard to look at the time when youre doing some of them^_^ As such i will be hunting for a timer with an adjustable alarm(feel free to reccomend me one) and until then i will do it with repetitions.
Funny thing is when i clean and press the weights actually hit the ceiling. Its just right height so it doesnt pose me a problem(it only touches at MAXIMUM extension). But im only 5'10. Anyone taller is screeeeeweeed.
About this circuit now. This is the first time i do a circuit like that, with weight. And it is INSANE. I never felt so fucking tired in my life! And so thirsty. I couldnt talk until i drank some so dry my mouth was. And the funny thing? 3 hours after the workout i felt as fresh as a fucking pickle. Its amazing how amazing circuits are.

And yes, after a long hardcore workout - you will feel so refreshed and fit. Next time - push yourself harder so your muscles can expand the time/hardcoreness (I know, I can't fit in the right words) so your endurance may increase

No its not. When i first started using overlay it titled the shit out of me, so id rather it tilt the shit out of me at 5 then at higher stakes. AND STOP LOOKING AT MY PICTURES FAG!

it is, you don't fully understand what those #s mean and what/why/how you should respond to them until you're at higher limits. at 5 you should simply be learning how to bet properly and do basic things. once you move up the overlay stats become more useful, but i know plenty of players who don't even use them.

it TILTED me, which means i started spewing money. And i am happy i spewed those money at NL5 rather then NL25!
And the money i would spew at NL25> few days of free trial wasted, hence, this is +EV.
