Same as the other thread, but with the top 40 all-time TLPD Elo ranks. Would have done 30, but then you'd miss out on GiYom. As it is, we just miss out on TheMarine.. T_T
Rules:
1. Every forum member can play.
2. Each person can only vote ONCE a day (tl.net time)
3. When you vote you MUST give one character +10 and the other -10
4. Each character starts at 100 (hitpoints)
5. Characters that go down to 0 are removed from the list
6. There is no limit to characters hitpoints
7. Please quote the person that voted before you to search for errors (sometimes many people vote at the same time and a recalculation is needed)
8. Don't be too hasty (check rule #7)
