I have the same syndrome this zerg has zvp. He did something very wrong after gaining a sizeable advantage through the fake tech.

I think I know what he did wrong. He thinks he is macroing at a faster rate than protoss because of the advantage but he's not because he went hive and just expoed. Lurkers were all he had to hold him over until his economy and hive tech kicks in but he wasted them in trying to contain. Zerg thought if he could hold toss to 2 base, then surely 4 base > 2 base, but because protoss does not expo and because of his good macro, toss had the bigger army and faster economic intake.
