For a long time, we have looked for a sponsor who would not only provide us with peripherals, but would be exciting to work with. With Tt eSPORTS, we've found a partner that makes high-quality equipment, understands the eSports community and understands ROOT. With Tt eSPORTS providing each of our players with a mouse, mousepad and headset from their extensive catalog, we are able to make sure every player has the gear they need.

a mouse, mousepad and headset not to belittle the sponsorship, but is this really all it takes to be called a sponsor? what is that, like $500 at most?

I don't mean to insult you, but you're a jackass.

Presumably they also get money for important things like toilet paper and chips.
Also, grats Root. It's nice to see a group that sees how much NA is a hope devouring vortex and fights against it as hard as it can.

The peripherals are what the fans see. They want to use what Catz uses. What team has ever said "We got a new sponsor that is giving us lots of money!" ? None. EG gets sponsored by Razer, they say "We will be using their keyboards, mice, and mouse pads" and Astro "We will be using their headsets"........ How is this different?
